We made it, everyone. We survived another Illinois winter… and that deserves to be celebrated.
Here are our Top 10 Reasons We’re Glad It’s Spring at GCHA 
We can finally stop pretending 38° is “not that bad.”
Maintenance is no longer playing “Guess What’s Frozen Now?”
Residents are emerging like groundhogs… but with better gossip.
Snow piles are gone… replaced immediately by mud season.
“Bundle up” becomes “open a window before we all pass out.”
Work orders shift from “no heat” to “it’s too hot.”
We remember… oh yeah, we do have landscaping 
The maintenance cart battery is back to lasting longer than a coffee break 
Screen doors everywhere unite to create the official soundtrack of spring 
And most importantly… HOPE IS BACK. (Along with sunshine!) Spring at GCHA means fresh starts, more time outdoors, and a whole lot more smiling faces around our communities.
